The former site of Pilgreen's Steak House at 1081 Lee Street.
Established, as the sign indicates, in 1932 Pilgreen's was Atlanta's oldest
steak house. It survived until a year or two ago. Apparently a
renovation was under way with the intent of reopening but the
construction company behind the project went bankrupt, which left the site
in this rather battered looking condition. Date: 04/10/04 |
